Our Story

Travel That Feeds
More Than Wanderlust

A global connector, Amanda thrives on establishing new connections and strives to be resourceful and creative. Experienced in advancing strategic initiatives with international organizations through cultivation of new relationships, project management, communication development, and positive intercultural dialogue.

With native-level proficiency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in Portuguese, Amanda doesn't just plan trips -- she opens doors. "Cosecha" means harvest in Spanish, a word that captures everything we believe about travel. It's about gathering: gathering flavors from a family kitchen in Sicily, gathering wisdom from a gaucho on the Argentine pampas, gathering connections that transcend language and borders.

Cosecha Travel was born from a simple belief: the best travel experiences come not from checking boxes, but from sitting at a table with people who have stories to tell. Every journey is crafted with care, balancing comfort with depth, so you experience the soul of a place rather than just its surface.

Our Philosophy

Meaningful Journeys,
Mindfully Connected.

We believe the best trips are not about seeing the most -- they are about feeling the most. Every Cosecha journey is designed around four pillars that guide everything we do.

01

Insider Access

Private access to hidden gems only locals know -- from family-run vineyards and neighborhood kitchens to cultural traditions passed down through generations.

Places you won't find in guidebooks

02

Food + Wine

Exceptional regional cuisine and wines curated by locals. Not tourist restaurants, but the places where stories unfold over every meal.

Every meal tells a story

03

Authentic Culture

Immerse in living traditions -- olive harvests, gaucho horsemanship, artisan workshops. Experiences that connect you to a place's soul.

Culture you can touch and taste

04

Give Back

Optional volunteer opportunities to contribute to communities you visit in a genuine, respectful way. Travel that leaves a positive mark.

Leave places better than you found them

"We connect travelers not just to the highlights, but to the stories, flavors, and people that make each place unforgettable."
